hccw2

Week 2 of the Hellenic Challengers Cup 2026 Winter Split delivered decisive results and major shifts in momentum, as the standings began to take a more defined shape.

Hell Zerolag Remain on Top

Hell Zerolag Esports continue to set the pace of the league, closing Week 2 at the top of the standings with 9 points and a 4–1–0 series record. Their consistency and ability to close out key matches have established them as the team to beat heading into the next stage of the split.

Team Refuse Close the Gap

Right behind them, Team Refuse surged into second place with 8 points, highlighted by a strong weekend capped off with a 2–0 victory over R5 Esports. Their disciplined approach and improved coordination make them one of the most dangerous teams moving forward.

Tight Battle in the Top 4

The race just below the summit is extremely competitive. Paranormal Invaders and R5 Esports are tied on 7 points, both holding identical 3–1–1 series records. While Paranormal Invaders maintain momentum with steady performances, R5 experienced their first setback of the split, ending Week 2 with a loss that halted their early dominance.

Spartans EU and Panionios Stay in the Mix

Spartans EU sit in fifth place with 6 points, continuing to impress with consistency and one of the strongest recent streaks in the league. Panionios eSports, currently sixth, showed resilience but remain in search of greater stability to push higher in the standings.

Mid-Table and Lower-End Struggles

Gamespace Genesis and Team Paradox Academy occupy the middle of the table, showing flashes of potential but lacking the consistency needed to challenge the top teams.

Meanwhile, Howl Fighting, WLGaming Esports Academy, and No LP Loss remain under heavy pressure, with the latter still searching for their first win of the split.

Standings After Week 2

After two weeks of play, the HCC 2026 Winter Split standings reflect a clear hierarchy at the top, a tightly packed playoff race in the middle, and growing urgency at the bottom. With momentum shifting quickly, Week 3 will be critical in determining which teams can solidify their positions and which must fight their way back into contention.
